Last October I pedaled up the canyon from home, bivied under the Milly lift, and hiked up to Lake Mary in the morning in the light snow that fell overnight. Blinded by white granite and brush along the shoreline, I made another camp-coffee and started this second painting. Salt Lake is always good for a big adventure started from your own driveway.
